Serene Flow
Upon arrival, you are welcomed into a soothing environment to unwind. Your one hour experience begins with a 15 minute guided breathwork session to calm the mind and energize the body. This is followed by an invigorating ice bath immersion, a practice to refresh the body and sharpen the mind
Your experience concludes with a calming guided meditation, which is tailored to the needs of every individual, offering reflection and renewal.
