Great way to relax the mind, while the breeze rustles through the greenery in Dr.Sid's Oasis overlooking Kuala Lumpur. Thank you for the breathing and meditation guidance. I was able to concentrate and get a lot of work completed. :-)

I have always wanted to try the ice bath and this was the perfect place to try it as I felt safe and relaxed. Dr.Siddique was very professional and passionate about this. The location is surrounded by trees and nature and it has a very healing energy. I highly recommend it.

It was a surreal and pleasant experience. I love the breathing exercise as it prepares you for the session. Initially and instinctively I did not like the cold dip but the body shows it can and will gradually adapt in a matter of seconds. At the end of it, I felt a load off my chest. Cant say I know the whole science of it , but can say I felt the most relaxed I've ever felt in a long time.

Ive done a few sessions now and its really helped me with general well being but especially with a shoulder injury I have had for several months. The combination of breath work, the ice bath and meditation has a wonderful effect that is rejuvenating and invigorating.

Relaxing and healing experience. I started off with a short meditation followed by an ice bath plunge and then another meditation. It was the reset I needed. Will be back for another session.

Beautiful and serene space. Did the breathing technique with Sid- very calming. Probably dipped into a meditative state ( that has never happened to me before!) Would 100% recommend it.

The cold plunge was a marvelous experience. I felt both recharged yet calm after the session. Sid is a knowledgeable practitioner and will guide you through the process - from breathing exercises to immersion. I highly recommend the cold plunge if you're looking for a unique health experience.

I couldn't do the plunge as I was on my period that day but my partner did it and felt rejuvenated from it. The meditation and breath work was very relaxing. Siddique gave us a nice warm herbal tea to have as well. Overall nice experience that I would recommend anyone to try.
